      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, does not micromanage, work from home option, projects are challenging but very rewarding, employees have work-life balance, management is very open for new ideas for improvement on existing process (they value employee feedback and actually acts on it)

      Can't think of anything but i guess there's a limited employee engagement activities in place

      work-life balance, friendly environment, work-from-home benefits, certification exam benefits, very considerate management and colleagues, everyone takes time to recognize each other's efforts so employees feel appreciated and motivated to work

      Cons

      might be assigned to multiple projects at the same time and multiple projects has different needs so sometimes it is hard to manage your time
