      A place where you can bust your butt and get nothing and go no where while you watch incompetent people get promoted.

      Pros

      Stable company overall, very diverse product lines keep profit stable during unstable markets.

      Cons

      No internal growth, if there is it's only just a couple people being swapped around into new B.S titles. Double standards are present everywhere and there's no action to help strengthen poor employees. Large barriers are present between groups which makes product development slow and non efficient.

      Pros

      High job stability. Opportunity to learn many aspects from development through production to packaging. Recognition is given for achievements. Professional growth and development is encouraged.

      Cons

      Excessive amount of time over the last 18 months spent to "fire fight" problems (see pro above). Many requests from sales and marketing is simply cost cutting, necessary but not exciting work.

      Pros

      I accepted the role for an opportunity to work in a production environment.

      Cons

      I learned from experience that I could not trust the leadership team. I witnessed how the leadership team, in particular HR, made promises when they needed staffing and terminated those same staff after they found replacements at a cheaper rate.
