      Sika Pays above industry average.

      Cons

      Understaffed and didn’t have efficient chain of comand.. If you are related to management you will get a job. It’s all management’s kids like it’s a joke.

      Poor compliance, myopic leadership vision and changing strategy.

      Global good product range, global strength, good middle and lower level teams.

      Cons

      Poor Compliance across the company. management is interested in sale (Value suggest - manage for results). do wrong, give bribe, conflict of interest no problem. Manage to get EBIT. Functional silos and policy for person. ERP is made with huge flaws. Still those people are working in company. poor enforcement on code of conduct. Poisonous work culture.

      When the day was over.

      Cons

      Having a Team Leader and Manager that do not support each, it was stressful being in that type of environment.
