Pros

Very great work environment with excellent pay. I love the the medical benefits. It's probably the only blue collar job on the planet where one can earn a minimum of 70,000.00 without a college degree.

Cons

Very dangerous job. Some of the employees I got the chance to work with had very crappy attitudes. Not all employees in the job environment are treated the same. Most of the undertrained workers are given more opportunity to make more overtime than workers with more experience.

Pros

Probably the brand name which means nothing. Just nothing to write more abt it.

Cons

People are made to slog like bulls and donkeys. Sales guys sent to field without any training and a 2g sim and telephone limit of 600rs. They made ppl work even on 31st Dec late night and 1st and even on Christmas. New joiners are shocked at the atmosphere and an absolute deaf hr. They just don't understand that a company is made of spirited individuals not disgusted and absolutely tired ppl. Sometimes 7 days of work.
