Great EI team and I mean team from administration to supervisor to the guys they serve the customer the best they can . EI team help every department from parts to issues with pay

Cons

Poor communication from managers jobs not ordered correctly engineering not understanding Canadian code in different provinces everything is a rush and can't hold a supervisor longer than 8 months

Pros

Good pay. Good, hard-working people to work with. Engineers are respected and valued. If I needed anything, I could just go buy it.

Cons

Medical benefit is terrible. Schindler training is a joke. I often would be told I had done things wrong before I was told how it was expected. Many industry standard things are not the same at Schindler. Most people are over worked, so repeated work is wasted time and effort.

Pros

I was with Schindler for just over a year. I was part of a great team and environment. My role allowed me to interact with not just people in HQ but nationwide.

Cons

I think all companies will have their cons. With Schindler, the Pros far outweighed the Cons. My experience was very positive there.
