The teams move fast and there is a lot of opportunity to make impact on different projects, never the same day twice.

Cons

Similar to the pros, the speed and variety of project can quickly lead to being spread too thin on your work and not being able to meet the deliverables for the field.

Pros

What keeps you here is the employees. There is a lot of sacrifice you have to do to maintain at this job. Customer Service Week is the best and they try hard to get everyone together and amped. It is easy to make decent amount of money here by working overtime.

Cons

Management, Management, Management Can make or break a team. And by far its broken and trying to hold on like a thread but you do see small moments when they try. Favoritism is also a Con. A person can be hired in before you or asked to advance and you can be here longer and still trying to get ahead until finally they let you go or hire you in after 12 months. VERY MICRO-MANAGED!!!!
