Pros

- There are some fantastic people, really strong technically/great people persons. Who drive collaboration/culture and really take care of the people.

Cons

- Some people are left in place because they are technically strong that should never ever manage people. - Some people have been doing a bad job for so long it's basically a tradition. - There is a ton of communication / politics. If you get stuck with one of these types it can completely ruin your work life, and in my case it has. That said, I completely understand why some people would give Schbisted a 5, and some people would give it a 1.
