Pros

Decent base pay for the amount of experience required to get the job. Decent benefits. A large company that isn't going away anytime soon. Backed by Banco Santander. A guaranteed paycheck.

Cons

Recruiters exaggerate bonus structures leading you to think you will be paid more than you actually get. Rigid HR that isn't willing to budge in extenuating circumstances. No tuition reimbursement. No raises unless you get a promotion. Company changes priorities daily.

Pros

Lots of internal opportunities, good work/life balance, seem to have survived the banking crisis due to astute management

Cons

Still issues with the Spanish ownership at times, ruthless in their execution (i.e. if you don't pull your weight, they will know)
