Many global processes are bypassed and alternatives are decided by the MD. Employees are treated in a highly top-down manner and are expected to comply with directives from the lab ops team without question. the talents here is not so "talented", majority appears to be the average with limited evidence of strong expertise, innovation, or high-performance
