Easy job! Fixed days off+possibility to swap shifts+vacations= a lot of free time. It's growing constantely, very light assessments during interviews.. you find yourself working with people totally usuless!

Cons

No basic salary, in some bases a lot discrepancy between summer and winter too much pressure and wrong strategies with sales and team work

3 years contract renewable ,5 on 2 off - 5 on 3 off roster ,Huge airline with bases throughout all Europe ,easy job really and lot of fun with collegues on board.

Cons

too much pressure for Sales, staff travel system should improve , direct contract with ryanair should be given at end of 3 years service instead of carrying on with agency or at least basic salary for all crew.
