The company offers flexibility, a good amount of vacation days and good base salary which can be great for young professionals starting out.

Cons

The environment lacks long-term stability. Targets are often unrealistic and set without considering market conditions, with sudden changes from one day to the next. The commission structure is unclear and growth within the company is very limited. You are mostly treated like just another number. While there’s generally no micromanagement, some teams do experience it. Your experience will heavily depend on the market you’re assigned to, which can make or break your motivation.
