      Great work-life balance Generous vacation and flex time Teleworking option 401k is very hard to beat Challenging work and projects Development & training options are always available Great people! I have met so many helpful people around the globe while working here!

      Compensation is starting to hit an upswing in the last two years. We are seeing changes for the better to become more market competitive to the local area for salaries.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with on a day to day basis. The benefits are good and continuing to improve such as the implementation of a teleworking policy. I enjoy my job and coming to work!

      Cons

      As many have said in other reviews, the pay is subpar for similar jobs in the Houston area. It is difficult to get ahead and advance your career if you are not Spanish (or a Spanish speaker). I tend to agree with the statement that Repsol is a Spanish company....not an international company. However, over my time at Repsol, I am slowly seeing changes occur that lead to more diversification of its management style across the globe. I remain optimist that changes will come!!
