Pros

Amazing people, extremely welcoming. Don’t be scared if they talk a lot, they are just a nice bunch of people, good place to make friends. A product with a good future ahead (even now with Covid). Seems like the company is always a step ahead, even with a pandemic, I think they acted quickly with all that’s been going on. CEO and upper management started communicating more often and keeping us inform of what was/is going on.

Cons

Keep communicating more, continue asking for feedback

Best of both worlds

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work both in startups and in big corporations, all of them have good things and less attractive perks. What I can say about Red Points, and what I have seen so far is that it has the best of both worlds. You can find a mature enough "start-up", without the bureaucracy of a big corporation. You can talk about anything and have a coffee with anyone (including the top management) and your words will be listened to. Feedback is appreciated. Management has the required experience in order to manage effectively, to be able to react and act well in difficult times, such as the one we have just lived, and you can definitely see the difference in the decision-making process, which leads to the successful company that Red Points is. As a summary, the advantages are: - the people (really nice colleagues, willing to be productive and to have fun at the same time), the location of the office, social benefits, and being a scale-up. Definitely a company that I enjoy working with and I would recommend my family and friends to work in.

Cons

Can't think of anything relevant.

Pros

Impression at the beginning was really good. After the company grew over 100 people the C-Level lost the control over the sinking ship.

Cons

From the sales side the targets are even too high for the best performer in the company which demotivated the full team. People are getting fired from one day to another without even a proper reason. People being employee of the month can be fired for the reason of having a partner that is working for a similar company in the same industry. C-Levels argumentation "high risk" for the company. SDR Management had no experience at all and the team went to HR many times but no changes happened.
