Pros

you’ll get a bunch of experience by doing work that goes beyond your actual job description without the corresponding financial compensation for it!

Cons

you could work for years in the same entry level position, doing work that’s leaps and bounds over what you should be doing in that said entry level position and get paid the exact same amount of money as your entry level position. Also they’ll always find excuses to not pay you any of the bonuses on your actual contract or any annual rise using covid19 as an excuse while filling their pockets with a rising monthly income that wouldn’t be possible without their underpayed employees.
