Pros

Solid product, the company is always improving itself Great team, your voice is always heard Leaders that are open to listen

Cons

I don't really see many disadvantages, no company is perfect but what I like the most is that Red Points is always adapting

Improving year over year

Pros

It is a very challenging but interesting company to be part of. You have to work very hard but it is true that there is a rather flexible environment where you do not feel controlled like in other companies. The leadership has become more stable and much more hands-on and results-oriented.

Cons

There are many criticisms here of colleagues who have left the company, it is true that the company is not perfect (I doubt that there is one that is), but they are unfounded critics directed at certain people by people who have left angry ... I do not agree with them very much and I think they are not entirely true.
