Pros

We have excellent positioning against the competitors. Good US leadership. This is a very interesting industry to be involved in. Very cool co-workers. This is a decent CSM salary.

Cons

Company is run through Spain. Differences in culture are obvious. Very high stress. C-level very disconnected from the US culture and clients. We are understaffed and we have unrealistic targets. This is a very demanding work environment and you are expected to go above and beyond but your salary and bonus is thought to be your reward when the salary and bonus isn't considered above and beyond. Random decisions that make no sense to appoint certain unqualified people as leaders and managers. Constant pressure to return to office when nobody wants to but half the team is remote. Our CEO occasionally goes on twitter rants about not conforming to the US tech and saas culture. No wonder why people are quitting. We have no perks at all. We are pressured to upsell clients that aren't even happy.

Pros

Nothing really to say here. Red Points is a joke.

Cons

Worst leadership in SaaS. Clueless and inept while still being arrogant and stubborn. Set impossible numbers for their teams. Literally impossible, not an exaggeration. Total hivemind bizarro world atmosphere. You’ll think you’re in a comedy skit it’s that ridiculous. They have no idea what works and what doesn’t and why. It’s as though they’re reading How To Run A SaaS Company For Dummies or something.
