      Very good, diverse & knowledgeable colleagues; easy work schedules; Decent package - pay, vacation, 401k contribution & health benefits.

      Cons

      Frequent re-shuffles in job roles; whenever there is upper management level changes, lot of changes trickle down and that leaves uncertain work environment.
