      respect for individuals, relaxed atmosphere, learning focus, friendly colleagues, subject matter experts eagerly sharing knowledge and experience

      Cons

      R&D not in touch with the field enough; conflicting policies or policies that are not fully supporting one another; worth investing more time to come up with more meaningful KPI's to drive the correct behavior

      Pros

      Great company to get your foot in the door. A lot of room to move, in certain departments. Great family friendly atmosphere, with good balance between work and home life. Laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Operationally speaking, too many mid level managers, and not enough foot soldiers. Very little accountability, and lack of operational standards that are communicated to the employees. Processes are created and not communicated by Managers or supervisors to staff and rest of company. Management needs to learn to say NO, to quick to try and please, so as to not hear it from some staff whine. Laid back atmosphere interfers with business related tasks from time to time.
