Excellent place to work, incredibly benefits, I love the culture here! Everyone is for the most part very smart and well-read--it's a great place to work.

Cons

At times it can be hard to steer such a large ship, but that comes with working at a big company. Nevertheless, this minimally gets in the way of our great advancements that we've made.

Lots of nice people, free books, great on your cv

Cons

Still a lot of fallout from the merger and insecurity. Some managers are great, but others are bullies, there's a high turnover of PAs/secretaries due to pressure from senior managers
