Pros

The people are great, the books are amazing and the benefit programs are really solid.

Cons

Pay rates aren't competitive, so you have to be in it for the love of the books.

Pros

Professional, easy going office culture. Sense of importance in the work with little worry about politics. Comfortable hours that never stressed me out.

Cons

Little room for growth. Pay was minimal. Little engagement with the superiors at lower-level positions. Lack of feedback can sometimes leave you feeling adrift.
