Pros

Flex time and great benefits

Cons

The company environment changed during my time of employment. When I started there it was a friendly, easy going company; however, when new management took over the atmosphere became very depressed and negative. The open work space that was initiated was meant to encourage more collaborative work days, but I don't think it succeeded in doing that. More of a library feel than a vital, lively workspace. It's also very difficult for advancement, and salaries are not representative of experience and time put in.

Pros

I have worked with some amazing, talented, dedicated people, whose talents are frankly wasted here. The flexible schedule and ability to work from home are great. Decent benefits. If you don't mind the possibility of your job being completely turned upside down without warning or explanation, work here!

Cons

Completely disorganized and disjointed management that is totally out of touch with what the workforce needs to get their jobs done. Constant "restructuring" i.e. layoffs of the people who are doing valuable work while the upper management flounders around doing very little. Many of the really great people either leave or are laid off while the dead wood hangs on. Constant bad press makes it hard to be proud of working for this organization.

Pros

I honestly am running out of reasons to stay and having trouble finding positive things to say. You get paid regularly, since I had to come up with another words to enter this review.

Cons

Your performance rating is limited by how many of that rating they can hand out in your group, as if a professor was told by administration that he can only give out 2 A’s, the rest of the students have to be given B’s or below even if they earned perfect scores on all tests. If you have a high performing team then most of you will receive a lower rating than you actually earned. This is tied to your bonus amounts as well. So not only does your permanent record show a mediocre performance history when it should have been Exceeds Expectations or higher, you will also get hit in the pocketbook. Somehow they can’t understand how this is demotivating and I am not even sure it’s legal.
