- If you are ready to work hard, and are skilled, you will receive interesting responsibilities. - Entrepreneurial environment allowing flexibility in work across hierarchies and departments - One of the best contractors in the MENA region with operations in the US.

Cons

- No structured system and procedures - Projects work independent of corporate structure - Lack of integration and databases. - Nothing else unusual for a big company (politics, territorial, etc.)
