Pros

Without any doubts Orange is a great company. We are the 2nd telecom company in Spain and we work very hard every day to keep and confirm our position. We invest cents of millions every year to develop and improve our activities, always trying to give the best to our clients. In the personal field I had the good luck of meeting a great colleagues and betters friends.

Cons

The professional career is not really developed. To be promoted or improve your conditions is very difficult. As all the big companies is very important in which department you work.

Pros

The interview process was fast and easy.

Cons

The name of this Orange distributor is "Reciclajes Ecoplana". I don't even know where shall I start. All right, during the test period, I was unable to use a printer and a scanner (required to get the customers IDs and process their contracted services) until 2 days before I was told to leave the company. The internal systems and servers to process any potential petition were down almost the 50% of the time. The job partners refused to teach me how to use the orange LDAP properly aswell as give me the required passwords to be able to use their systems, all this I say with such a bad working environment and unhealthy competition. I had to ask the ITs of the company to get them and got them shortly before leaving. I don't even know how Orange France accepted to leave a secondary company like this managing their services. I further didn't have to investigate too much about this distributor, just googling for 3 seconds about reciclajes ecoplana I've found a nice article about how an employee lost her baby after acknowloadging the company that she was pregnant and instantly getting a dismissal letter (in spanish). I'm pretty sure a forget something, but I had enought. I don't even want to write about this company anymoore. I hope the CEO reviews this and understand the situation about letting this companies use their name.
