      Pros

      Good salary, cheap living, always sunny in southern spain. There are a lot of trainings and the atmosphere is very proffesional.

      Cons

      Growth possibilities to the field are limited, the targets are chosen very randomly, if you have the wrong patch you are never going to achieve your target. Further on the sales level of employees and management is not very good.

      In this company you'll find an open culture and a lot of good opportunities, especially in Sales. But you have to work for them. We say: "Oracle offers a lot of doors, but you have to open them yourself".

      Cons

      Oracle offers a big variety of products, it is difficult even to know the solutions from your area. Last years the company struggled a little which led to cost savings, which makes the company less attractive. Oracle pays good, but it is difficult to raise your salary once you are in. People prefer to leave and come back to increase their salaries.
