      Good salaries, nice office, nice people, looks good on CV

      Cons

      Processes - basically I was on this very website during the recruitment process for Oracle and I saw self service company, lots of processes, and I thought, it cant be that bad..... Well IT IS. Everything changed every quarter, territories, managers, (1 year 3 teams/managers) There are 100 different internal portals for processes, we don't even use our own CRM, we use excel files as sales people. I think the best people get out after 2 years.

      Well paid , American company, good for your CV. evolution possible even if you have to look for it and you have to be able to change of city

      Cons

      Self service, not a lot of training, poor management.
