      Pros

      Project management teams are excellent. Schedules are realistic, and development teams are staffed more appropriately than in other companies. Very strong product development infrastructure. The most family friendly of any company I've seen. Senior management focussed and in touch.

      Cons

      Oracle is large enough for a fair amount of bureaucracy to build up, though management does what it can to limit the impact.

      Pros

      great place, great team, power of oracle distribution. Deep pockets of oracle helps to invest in strategic initiatives that need 12-18 months to bring to fruition.

      Cons

      Oracle is a very large company with more than hundred thousand employees. Also, the company is operationally very efficient. This makes the process to get funding for new projects extremely time consuming.
