      Employee competence; opportunities to create your own path; competitive salary; excellent remote worker support; excellent leadership and talented expert managers.

      Cons

      The more self motivated and talented you are, the better you will do, which is not a downside really, but you have to grab opportunities.

      Great vision Execution Solid technology Excellent company resources Larry Ellison

      Cons

      Too many mid-level sales managers that offer little to no value/insight. "Oracle bus" wanting to come on every sales call. Internal systems aren't efficient to use as one would think for a leading technology company. HR employee policy's are solid on legal compliance matters, but tend to be over run by the business in other matters.
