Coming into the job was a bit daunting as I had never been in the energy industry before, but every single person within the company is there to lend a helping hand whenever you need it! The job is filled with so many aspects to keep you on your toes every day, with teams and management that are there to support you with anything you could possibly need. They understand that sometimes mental health can be a bit overwhelming, and will never ask you to work yourself into the ground. You don't need to be asked to work hard in this job, you're grateful for the opportunity to be recognised and have pride in your work and customer service!
