Pros

Office culture is very friendly and vibrant with a lot of nice people to work with. Really supportive and friendly team members as well as those higher up. You end up working in a fast paced environment with a lot of responsibility and trust from the start. Being part of the business team has been such a good experience, as I feel I was able to develop a lot of skills within the first 6 months of being here. Though customer service is the main job role, you do get encouraged to be a part of business projects/events when possible, as well as developing your skills in different areas outside of customer service - and the support for this is really great.

Cons

Can sometimes be tiring (like any other CS role) but managers are always willing to help or discuss this if necessary. You are given a lot of independence so you're able to organise your work load yourself.

Pros

Good Environment,Great People, Amazing Ethos, Customer Focused, Flexibility, Good balance, Great location close to city centre, Cycle friendly loads of bike locks, More like a big family , Friday night everyone gets together in the office

Cons

There is no free parking, for cars if you commute to work but there isn't any Cons i can think of which is a great thing

Very friendly co-workers Operating system (Kraken) is very easy to use and greatly increases working efficiency Easy to find help when needed Everyone works together Great training programs to get you up to speed Flexible working, no tight scheduling over the day, you are trusted to get done what you need to in the day Can work from home if needed Anyone in the company is easy to reach, even to managers and directors Use of slack (communications program) means you can reach anyone at any time Job progression Share scheme Free drinks on Friday Valuable learning* You are trained to be able to look after a customer from start to finish, not just one 'section' of a customer journey. You are given time to explore other things, like coding etc. if you have an interest in it

Cons

Aside from the occasional angry customer you have to deal with (like any other customer service role), there is not one downside I can think of.
