Excellent job role with lots of opportunities!
Pros
Office culture is very friendly and vibrant with a lot of nice people to work with. Really supportive and friendly team members as well as those higher up. You end up working in a fast paced environment with a lot of responsibility and trust from the start. Being part of the business team has been such a good experience, as I feel I was able to develop a lot of skills within the first 6 months of being here. Though customer service is the main job role, you do get encouraged to be a part of business projects/events when possible, as well as developing your skills in different areas outside of customer service - and the support for this is really great.
Cons
Can sometimes be tiring (like any other CS role) but managers are always willing to help or discuss this if necessary. You are given a lot of independence so you're able to organise your work load yourself.
