Pros

Some flexibility but cons outweigh this pro.

Cons

Toxic culture filled with hostility, gossips, toxic competition, and favoritism. Be willing to work at odd timezone differences of more than 12 hours, so you will have to be ready for a 2 am or a 3 am meeting. The pay is below national average, and you will not get a raise despite inflation. Management does not care about you and it is a kiss a**, political culture with zero integrity. Life’s too short to work at this kind of toxic environment!

Pros

If you like very very stable job, doing the same thig over and over again, this a perfect place. essentially everyone here has entered the company as a junior and stayed here for 15, 20 years. so basically the idea here is that you should work here for entire your life. they don't feel good about switching jobs. they keep doing the same thing for centuries. they are very easy going, very slow paced (though they think they are fast and crazy). Just stick to this company and enjoy the slow life.

Cons

Very Very Very slow. you don't see any changes around here. the company is very unorganized. though there is a rigid hierarchy and team break down. so you will have zero exposer to other groups and teams. you might think that you are working in a big company, but you will be limited to a very small group and you won't know what the rest of the company doing. the management is horrible and the only way that they survive is the lack of competition (ZTE and Huawei kicked out and only competition is from Samsung and Ericsson which are doing much better job).
