Pros
Great place to learn skills. If you are technical, there is generally a generous training budget for certifications etc. You will have access to a lot of the latest Cisco gear for inter-office communication.
Cons
Little regard for work-life balance. Often understaffed. Immense pressure on technical staff to contribute to non-billable business development activities while still billing at normal rates. Overtime is expected - and putting in a 50 hour week is standard. Although time-in leiu may be promised, it is rarely permitted.
