They make cuts in the wrong places and rely very heavily on the goodwill of dedicated staff to keep thing afloat.

Everyone has different needs challenge every day but treat everyone with care honesty as I would want to feel if I needed help or my family needs NHS it is a great establishment and Britain would fail without it.

Good training across all the sites in the UK, job stability as you progress through the medical training ranks, international recognition as a provider of training

Cons

Salary scale not particularly competitive considering the very long hours and night/weekend working, working conditions not ideal, many sites old and need of capital investment
