Pros

Good benefits and PTO to minimize the terrible environment

Cons

The organization suffered from consistently poor management, marked by unclear direction, inconsistent expectations, and a lack of accountability. Transparency was minimal—key decisions were made without context, and information was routinely withheld from the people doing the actual work. Favoritism was a persistent issue, with certain individuals receiving visibility and access to leadership while those contributing the most were excluded from important meetings, allowing others to take credit for their efforts. The work environment was further undermined by passive‑aggressive communication patterns that discouraged open dialogue and created unnecessary tension. Additionally, there were instances of harassment from one of the executives, which contributed to an unsafe and unprofessional atmosphere.
