The teams I worked with were great professionals who really know their stuff.

Cons

Micromanaging executives who talk about world class work but act like 5 year old children. Value provided to the company was never going to count more than quarterly profit.

Hard to climb up the ladder; many of my coworkers have 20+ years more experience than me and have the same job title and salary.
