      Not a great place to work!

      Pros

      Not many except for the regular workers. PTO time ok.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. Need to shake up Senior Management. They have no idea how to run operations outside of Mass. They sit in their offices making bad decisions, delivering poor results and face no consequences. They blame the people on the floor for their poor planning and decisions. This company can't compete with competition for employee benefits. No bonus plan, job descriptions that don't match responsibilities and below average pay.

Your ideas are welcomed and appreciated, so be sure to gather your insights and share those with your manager as well. Opening a dialogue with your leaders is an effective way to ensure that everyone understands the current vision and goals of your department as they relate to the overall corporate objectives.

      Most of the coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Not so nice management team. VERY difficult to get a good raise, despite taking on extra projects or taking Insurance classes.

      Good benefits such as PTO

      Cons

      Terrible management, cut throat environment, lack of trust in management. Cannot establish a trusting working relationship with peers. Everyone is disposable and employees have no value no matter how long they have worked there.
