People are aweful, it seems like they just hire anyone, many have just walked out of their jobs. The training is HORRIBLE, no live training environment and real horrible trainers with lack of assistance after 'training" No annual raises FOR the VERY littlest factor on your personal review. Lack of help for new hires, judgement throughout on all employees makes it difficult to advance or to interconnect in a fun working environment. No communication when new policies come about or change, no one ever has the same answer.

They say they provide training but only deliver half of the information you need. When you ask for help (which they require you to do) they are rude and sometimes do not even give the information. Trainer and management seem to play games and have an immature attitude. They use gaslighting tactics. If you decide to work here only do it if you are desperate.
