Our yearly merit budget takes into account what other similar companies are forecasting. We strive to pay for performance and recognize those that make the largest impact. If you feel this isn’t happening in your case, please discuss your concerns with your manager, who ultimately decides how the merit budget is allocated.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Free coffee and milk. Great place to gossip about coworkers as every knows everyone. If you enjoy gossip and a coffee this is the right place for you.

Cons

Poor pay way below market. Expected to perform with minimum or no training. Managers do not live up to their promises. Even when you meet all goals don't expect to be rewarded. The reward comes in form of free coffee!!!!

Friendly, smart professional people who want to do good things... team environment... easy on/off highway location with free parking.

Cons

Company lacks clear business strategy, immature sales organization, lacks vocal, visible top sr leadership. Spanish parent-company dictating direction and promoting Spanish leaders for key US roles. Weak comp package and limited if any, flex work arrangements. Old school thinking in the way employees are treated. Management doesn't demonstrate trust of employees. Lots of micromanaging.
