No vision nor strategy for the enterprise leads to constant organization changes. Leaders out of touch - message is change will continue; deal with it. The why is never provided. Senior leaders are all Liberty Mutual lifers who are more concerned with their out of control compensation plans. Spent millions on leader effectiveness; yet, senior leaders and executives continue to be pace-setting and directive limiting any growth in employees outside of the inner circle.
