Pros

great environment,friendly managers,feeling of unity,some slow times,freedom at workas long as this has a result,not strict at all.not much stress,lots of celebration events with food

Cons

bureaucracy,slow progress,boring if no manager was there to guide,lots of false stock problems,lots of delivery problems,lots of order delays.

Some leaders do manage style 1.0 and besides that you can get easily on your comfort zone.

Great training, a lot of work experience and expertise, good environment and relationships, open minded and sharing the knowledge.

Cons

Values are not followed, poor organization, the human factor is in low levels of care (both customers and employes), the rating of employes is not fare (in many cases).
