      Temoerature controlled, friendly people, good structure, pretty easy work for the most part

      Cons

      Not much formal training, sometimes they move you to another station when you are told you won't be moved

      - strong operational & tactical approach by division but low on strategic planning - not highly engaged with employees - very selective re: open and proactive communications

      Global presence, stable industry, career opportunity, much change and movement due to aggressive acquisition strategy

      Cons

      leadership and development are not a priority of this organization, some senior leaders are outstanding others are products of too many promotions without being accountable for real results (a dangerous combination)
