Overall Labcorp is a nice place to work. Their pay and benefits seem competative with similar jobs in the area.

Cons

There were times in the past when Labcorp seemed too conservative in what they spent on employees, but during this downturn, it has paid off. They are one of the few places hiring during the Great Recession. At times, the insurance didn't seem that great, especially when compared to what they used to offer. But again, after recently comparing with employee cost of benefits at another company, Labcorp's package was actually better.

working with offices in order to solve problems that can help patients - everyday is different - 3 weeks of vaca

Cons

comm structure is not payed on performance - LCA always looking for short cuts that cause more issues down the road - LCA cuts and cuts in order to make budget because that is how management is paid on bonus - no growth opportunity - most SMEs have only been around for 1 year or less before they are fired or find another job

Great compensation, company is growing! Good place to start and advance career, a lot of great people to work with. Great benefits, they do a good job hiring qualified people.

Cons

Some degree of micromanagment, but this is seen at a lot of companies.
