There are good people that I work with and the management is very competent in their knowledge regarding lab issues.

Cons

There is a large quantity of work that has to be performed and the pay isn't as good as it should be.

Great benefits, however the salary is a bit on the low side. Always something to do so you will not be bored.

Cons

Salary, salary, salary...just feel like I do not get paid what I should be. Other than that, it's not a bad place to work.

Pros

My department is flexible about me having to take my daughter to work before coming to work. I hear over departments aren't as flexible.

Cons

Pay is generally low. Benefits are pretty good, especially for healthy individuals because premiums are low but they don't cover much unless there's hospitalization or something major.
