Pros

Depending on the coworkers it can be a nice time

Cons

No more flex time, Getting rid of summer fridays, and no raises/ability to increase salary, bonuses have never been the full percentage (think less than half what is promised), 3 days a week in office with heavy “encouragement” for 4 days

Pros

WW staff discount for all brands

Cons

Highly unethical company. Was laid off here due to “business performance” along with other employees. However, they were still hiring for non-essential roles and other teams with larger headcount were not impacted. Was NOT supported by HR or my manager in finding alternative employment within the group or given any outplacement support. Also unethical, there are job listings that were fake. Whilst looking for mobility on my own I enquired on a few roles that were posted within the same day and the TA said they already had internal candidate for the position and they had to list it for “process proposes”.
