Cons

Very unstable. Lots of rapid direction change at Senior Leadership level, sometimes in matters of weeks or days for very high level decision (eg. which country/why market to go next). Push and pull between Agile and Waterfall execution

Cons

Work is steady, but the agency is poorly managed. Communication is slow, support is limited, and staff often feel undervalued you are just a number.This agency does not follow UK laws
