You can hardly call is a discount, however 15% off for employees.

Cons

Management points figures instead of taking accountability. Anyone competent is considered a threat and therefore not given the tools to develop.

Nothing really. All around poor experience

Cons

Management was completely biased with one of the managers sons working there. He was useless and the other 2 employees were blamed for his mistakes. Employees generally had the attitude of "not my department" when asking others for help. They had warehouse workers doing cleaning but nobody else had to do it. warehouse meant you were the do everything person

Very poor compensation, often understaffed, very out of touch upper management, head office often changing things around within stores just for the sake of changing them, very penny pinching, often store management has to fight with upper management to get anything done
