- Friendly environment in the office. - Some people in the company / office are great. - Good vision for the future. Company is still growing.

Cons

- Horrible payroll. People are working for almost "nothing" in our office. - Ideas aren't registered and mostly ignored. - Every change takes too long. - The highest management is offensive. - Almost no bonuses for employees at all (just food tickets, some random and useless discounts).

Poor Management, High Employee turnover probably due to failing to reward good employees, Poor adherence to the Employment Standards Act and the Occupational Health & Safety Act, lack of staff on shift to properly serve customers and maintain store standards, discriminatory practices based on sex including hiring, staff duties, etc. No chance at promotion, the store always hires without and doesn't do internal postings, general low morale among staff, especially long serving ones
