- The people are great, there is also a 20% store discount that helps

Cons

- The pay was minimal, the bonus' helped but this was the low-point

Pros

Many interesting things to learn, real exposure in sales and establishing good salesmanship. Good for partime jobs, helps develop team building and fast thinking. Can benefit with deals with employees discount.

Cons

Management should train a person first before promoting into a higher position. Safety in work isn't practice well, still working during breaks because no one will relieve. Employees doesn't given enough knowledge on their job description resulting to doing things they are not trained to do, over work or work slavery. Salary raise for good workers are not given enough attention. Not recognizing an employee's work time availability, giving them random shifts. Not enough employee to work in a shift. Doesn't give enough concern about smoke breaks, late employees or eating/break periods.
