Pros

What pro's? Even the food they give you, you pay for it, but they act like they are doing you a service.

Cons

Greedy corporation, disappointing "leaders & managers", if you're honest with these corporations, you get fired for no reason, they never take advices and corrections or complaints, for them you're just a number, a statistic, typical no soul sellouts. If they see that you're able to be more than a slave, you're a threat to "higher" positions. They need obedient and non argumentative slaves that take verbal abuse and humiliation. They don't even pay your salary if you take vacation. You get paid only if you work. They say they have "values", but fire people with values and keep those without values. If you're smart, expect bad treatment and getting fired for no reason.
