i enjoyed before they got greedy and went to 3 shifts,shirts have no time for any one,too busy watching football on there work computers and playing games

The company now realise the value of there employees and the training is second to none. You can see the change in the people who work there, one of the success stories in the UK.

Cons

Still to much paper work considering how technology advanced the company is, the amount of time getting some forms signed off hinders my job. also maybe over stretching ourselves with building factories all over the world.
