Let all the former jaguar land rover employees write on this site and contact each other about the way they were bullied and abused at jaguar plants by sadistic corrupt supervision and hr staff and bent management.

Pros

Fantastic cars, globally recognised brand, excellent opportunities for career progression internally, managers recognise your contribution and your potential, given opportunities to attend courses to develop skills, team building activities. Overall I am proud to work for JLR.

Cons

People who joined the company after 2011 are on different contracts to those who joined before then, so in many situations it means two people doing the same job are on different pay, different company pension plan and different annual time-off allowance which can be demoralising if you let it get to you but regardless of that it is still better than a lot of other employers.
